Since I was a kid my moms always made this like pickled jalapeño and white onions with lemon juice and salt. I’d eat it on just about everything! It’s so good. Yesterday my gf took me on a date to this farm/ ranch and we got some fresh produce (sadly no onions) and got the fresh jalapeño. I knew right away this is how I wanted to make them 😋

    It’s enough to keep to the side to munch on whilst you cut up more onions to refill your onion munchin jar.

    Now add vodka or tequila and store it in a dark place and taste it every once and while and you’ll get… homemade flavored spicy alcohol! It’s fun and cool! The longer you keep the peppers in, the spicier it gets!
